The RockPort Hutterite Colony of Magrath are the manufacturers of Coyote Pancake Mix.

The Original Rockport mill was first established on Rockport Colony in Alexandria, South Dakota in 1895.

Coyote Pancake Mix was registered in 1897.

A millwright was hired to design and setup up a forty-barrel flour mill driven by a water wheel from the flow of James River.

In time, the pancake flour was packaged into a self rising pancake flour.
